How do I allow camera and photo access?
Go to your device Settings > Piclog and enable Camera and Photos. If you previously denied access, you can turn it on anytime from there — Piclog will guide you to the right settings screen.
Is my diary backed up if I lose my phone?
Yes. Once you sign in with Google or Apple, your entries and photos are securely synced to your account, so you can restore them on a new device by signing in again.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your diary entries, photos, and account data. This action cannot be undone.
Face ID / Touch ID app lock isn't working.
Make sure Piclog is allowed to use Face ID or Touch ID in your device's Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode), then re-enable the app lock from Piclog's settings.
